We design residential and commercial interiors giving detailed attention to all aspects from spatial planning right through to minute interior design details, with the intention of creating a long lasting, beautiful and functional living environment.

María José Sánchez de la Rosa, graduated as an interior designer and has 20 years of professional experience. She has worked as a designer in the studio JULIA LAINDLAW (Tumbridgewells, United Kingdom); 12 years as Director of interior design projects department and architectural projects Coordinator in PEDRO PEÑA-INTERIOR DESIGN (Marbella) creating residential and commercial interior design, including the Hotel Villa de la Reina (Madrid), Hotel Marina (Barcelona), Golf Valderrama Club (Sotogrande), Restaurante Goidzeko-Dalli (Marbella), Hotel Barceló Sancti Petri (Cadiz); in BALTUS COLLECTION MARBELLA, carrying out national projects and also in countries like Panama, Dominican Republic, Mexico and USA. Since 2008 working independently and in collaboration with several architectural firms and companies involved in the interior design industry (like DEBUT DESIGN BY JAVIER MARTÍN), performing among other works, the interior architecture of the Urb. Las Lomas del Marbella Club (Marbella), the interior of Swist Alp-Chalet Resort Ostegg (Grindelwald-Switzerland) and Breathe Restaurant (Marbella collaboration with GONZÁLEZ&JACOBSON ARQUITECTOS ).
